Chilliheads ™
Because of its success in our restaurant we have created and exciting range of Chilliheads™ foods, the first of which is sweet chillijam. Stocked by amongst others Harrods and Selfridges. There is also a range of branded clothing to accompany the range.

Architect
Due to other commitments this is now limited in execution. What I now offer is an insight as an architect and cook. This has been very helpful when doing consultancy work for restaurants and private clients, as I can offer a design input to the practical requirements for a working kitchen.
